How Does Our Pricing Work?

We are able to fix most appliances that we get called out to, but if your appliance is beyond economical repair, or you don’t wish to have it repaired for any reason, we charge a call out fee of £20 to cover our time and fuel diagnosing your appliance.

We only charge for parts if your appliance needs them, but 7 out of 10 repairs do not normally require any parts. All parts are reasonably priced and we also offer used parts for more economical priced repair for higher priced parts such as PCBs, motors etc.

We accept cash and most major cards and take payment at your home once all work has been carried out. We also accept apple pay, android pay and paypal.

However we do not accept cheques under any circumstances.

All prices are inclusive of VAT.

The initial callout charge includes full diagnostic testing, safety tests and report via telephone or email before any further work is carried out.

For your piece of mind all parts that we fit to your electrical appliances come with a 12 month guarantee as standard and all Labour undertaken is covered for 3 months.

Missed appointments will result in an abortive callout charge of £25.
